OFITE HPHT DYNAMIC dynamic filter press
The filter press measures filtration volume and crusting characteristics under various well conditions. A motor-driven propeller shaft rotates at varying speeds inside a standard 500 ml HTHP cell. RPM settings from 1 to 3,600 rpm provide laminar or turbulent fluid flow inside the cell. By varying the length of the shaft, shear stress can be increased or decreased.

Fann filter press is used for the determination of the filtration properties of drilling fluids and cement mixtures. Due to its operation in low pressure ranges the filter press is one of the most efficient measuring devices in this field. Maximum working pressure is up to 0.69 MPa (100 psi).
